Meet Our Team
Kevin Shaver – Founder and Former Insurance Adjuster
Born and raised in Waukesha, WI, Kevin graduated from Waukesha South High School in 1984. With a passion for customer satisfaction and over two decades of experience in storm restoration, he founded Loyal Exteriors, LLC in 1999. As a previous licensed insurance adjuster, Kevin simplified the claims process by working directly with insurance companies to ensure all damages were thoroughly covered. His hands-on approach and commitment to excellence have helped Loyal Exteriors build a reputation for quality and trust. When he's not working, Kevin enjoys taking on personal projects and camping with his family.
Amy Shaver – Office Manager
For nearly 15 years, Amy has been the backbone of Loyal Exteriors’ operations. From coordinating projects to ensuring smooth communication, Amy plays a vital role in keeping everything running efficiently. When she’s not managing the office or supporting her family, Amy enjoys camping, fitness, and bodybuilding. Her dedication to both her family and the business is a testament to Loyal Exteriors’ commitment to community and excellence.
Tyler Laper – Production Manager
Native of Markesan Wisconsin, Tyler has been in the construction industry for 15 years, primarily as a lead gutter installer. He came to Loyal Exteriors, LLC as a job supervisor in 2023 and hopes to learn a lot more about the insurance claim industry. Besides work, his priorities are his wife and kids. He enjoys riding dirt bikes, attending his children’s sporting events and fishing.
